They need to stop acting like grading a card is like going to the moon! Smh it’s been over 75 days for my cards and still nothing. I will be disputing this with my bank! A deal is a deal! And charge what they want but can’t keep their side of the deal.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They sabotage your eBay listings by leaving out highly searched terms from the title, have glitches causing your vault items are unavailable to withdraw or list, and then take days to respond with gaslighting garbage. Stay far away from this company.
