I like the Reolink cameras, and I generally like the apps, they usually work pretty good. I only have one complaint. I recently updated to a Reolink Omni 3i Poe. This camera has a dual video. On the iPad I can look at the videos separately. On the app on the computer, I can look at the videos separate separately. On the iPhone, the one with the smallest real estate I cannot separate the videos. Can we please put the little button on the iPhone to look at the video separately.? When I’m away from my house and I need to view the video, It would be nice to be able to see it on my little iPhone more clearly..

I have been using this app for roughly a year and have had consistent issues with playback freezing. I cannot view footage from more than 24 hours ago without it freezing. It then takes the app 3-5 minutes before it will load live footage after freezing. Sometimes footage from the same day will not load or disappear if it’s within an hour of the day changing. Wish I knew how rough this app was before switching to this camera system.
