2026-06-25	Ma*****	Really poor app. It used to be in synch with my Cox Contour at home but stopped doing that a few months ago. I opened a support ticket with Cox and I was told the case will be escalated up the chain and someone will get back to me. No one ever did. I really do not like Cox nor its support but in my area I don’t have any other cable providers unless I switch to DirecTV. As soon as I do have other choices I will cancel Cox. Been with them for over 30 years. They keep raising their rates and lower their level of service
