No update available so it already updated but yet takes forever to open and pull anything up and if trying to watch a show it keeps freezing. I keep having this issue so I am canceling my membership no sense paying when I can’t watch it.

The movies themselves are nice but once you sign up you literally cannot cancel. The app or online doesn’t allow cancellation and when you reach out to customer support they are “closed” and the emails to support goes unanswered. Not saying we don’t like some of the movies because we do - however we also like to have control over our subscription and you do NOT have control over that.
