User Reviews

Users praise the app for being easy to use, with quick container logging, a handy food list, customization, and built-in weight/measurement tracking on mobile. However, multiple reviews highlight pricing concerns (free trial misrepresentation and recurring subscription fees), data continuity problems across 21-day cycles, a limited foods database with entry/search requests, and a desire to log actual foods beyond containers.
Pros
  • Easy to use and quick to log container counts.
  • Built-in, categorized foods list that helps you know what you can eat.
  • Highly customizable: you can adjust container counts and daily targets.
  • Tracks weight and body measurements in-app.
  • Mobile-friendly and convenient to use on an iPhone.
Cons
  • Pricing and subscription model changes, including misleading free trial lengths and new monthly fees.
  • Data continuity issues: previous 21-day interval data and progress may not rollover or can be wiped.
  • Limited food database and difficulty finding or adding foods; users want easier entry or more options.
  • Desire for notes/logging of actual foods (not just containers) and examples of daily foods to guide intake.

Not free… only a free 3 day trial

It said a free 7 day trail and my fault I didn’t read the fine print. It’s a three day trail. I didn’t like the way it was set up and there is a free one that I used in the past. My fault I thought they just updated the app and started charging people for it.

I liked the older app better when I could see the food list with each colored container. It would encourage to eat certain foods I wouldn’t have thought of.
