كنت سابقًا أعتبر Taw9eel وجهتي الأساسية أنا وأهلي وحتى صديقاتي لشراء الشوكولاتة والحلويات لجمعاتنا ومناسباتنا، وكنت أثق بالمنتجات المعروضة عندهم بشكل كبير. لكن مع الوقت صرت أتجنب شراء الشوكولاتة والمنتجات الغذائية بشكل عام بسبب غياب الشفافية في ذكر بلد المنشأ داخل وصف المنتج. كثير من المرات اشتريت شوكولاتة أو منتجات كنت أظن أنها أصلية أو بجودة معينة، ثم اتضح أنها تقليد رديء جدًا بطعم وجودة مخيبة. ذكر بلد المنشأ ليس تفصيلًا بسيطًا، هي معلومة أساسية تساعد العميل على اتخاذ قرار الشراء بثقة، خصوصًا في المنتجات الغذائية والشوكولاتة تحديدًا. للأسف بسبب عدم وضوح هذه المعلومات، صار التطبيق بالنسبة لي مخصصًا فقط لشراء أساسيات المنزل، بعد أن كان وجهتي الأساسية للحلويات والمنتجات الغذائية. أتمنى مستقبلاً إضافة بلد المنشأ بشكل واضح داخل صندوق الوصف لكل منتج غذائي، لأن غياب هذه المعلومة أصبح سببًا مباشرًا لعزوفي عن شراء أي منتج غذائي عبر التطبيق
