Xero Me is a mobile, self-serve expense tool that lets employees capture, track, and submit expense claims as they occur. It helps small businesses reduce admin time by enabling workers to self-serve common work tasks. Access to expenses is controlled by your employer via permissions and a Xero Expenses subscription.

• Track your mileage: map in Xero Me or select from recent locations to accurately enter, track and submit mileage claims for reimbursement.
• Submit expense claims in any currency: make it easier to keep track of actual costs and maintain accurate records.
• Approver permissions: review and approve expense claims on the go.
• Admin permissions: setup receipt analysis, claim accounts, team roles and bank accounts.
