I have an issue on a duplicate account which is abnormal. Its been 2 years I haven’t used maya and post using maya again this werk l am notified of having a duplicate account which I am unaware of. AI Bot wont transfer me to a live agent even though the bot cant help me further on my concern post the ticket has been created which takes 10 business days to complete the process. Customer service rep wont confirm the details I am asking pointing out security concern/privaty etc. What can be breached or cause a security concern if you can just confirm me the last 2 digit of the number used on the duplicate account for me to confirm if its really me who opened the other account or not?

I followed all tedious instructions several times only to find out information did not match the documents. Why not take them from the documents.? Extremely outdated on boarding. Will try to use credit cards when possible. And no way to log a ticket that works. No one answering on the phone. I got the response Maya, telling me to call numbers that don't work, and asked for a ticket number when I can't open tickets. Let me know if there is a contact that actually works.
