Vintage Film Camera: Retro Art is a Chrome extension that lets you shoot retro-style videos with a single tap. It applies authentic analog film effects—dirt, noise, frameshifts—and features a simple one-screen workflow for record, playback, and camera flip. Free clips are intentionally short (20 seconds for black-and-white, 6 seconds for other films), with PRO unlocking longer recordings, sound, and extra controls.

Important workflow notes: only one film per effect, and you can only append a new recording after exporting the previous one. You can export/share creations via the bottom-left share button. You can’t edit a recording after you finish; export and use other tools if you need edits. To publish your work, tag it with #vintagefilmcam. I love this video app. I’ve created videos with little clips of different life events. I exported to save a beautiful memorial and exported it and it is not in any of my folders. I’m quiet savvy with this type of stuff. But would love to know if they have any type of recovery system. This video I exported and is now lost.. is so special. Had I known it would be lost, I would have screen recorded it. Any help, please.
