Purposefully can’t cancel subscription in the app for retention, app did nothing that I needed, I literally forgot about the trial & now am on the hook for another month for an absolutely useless app to me

Took $20 from me for the subscription without notifying me that I had to pay eventually, used the app once and forgot to cancel the subscription and delete the app, ruined my day. I want a refund if possible.

I love the app but it’s either the app being stupid or my phones data is full but it deleted my freaking account and I don’t know my email so I can’t recover it 😭 Soundtrap developers please fix this junk before I sue y’all
