When i first purchased this fitness tracker the app worked and synced fine. The app was deleted by one of the kids and I tried downloading again and the app remains on Connection screen. Similar to a few other reviews. Very disappointed. 😡

I love it and use it but I would like it to par with the apple health app

It took about two or so hours to figure it all out. You need to be pretty tech savvy to get it all set up. It took installing the app and making an account to get stuck in the connect device screen. Uninstalled and signed in again and it finally connected. So if you are having problems with setting it up just try reinstalling it again. But otherwise everything runs functionally and the band works fine so far. Happy to finally have one at a good price and that my money wasn't wasted. We all are used to having things done easily. This just tends to be a little more complicated than most is all. I rated three stars though because it was just bad inductions and a minor issue with the set-up on the Bluetooth connection. Otherwise it'd be given five stars.
