Everytime I click on the camera thing next to my text box, I get kicked out of the app, please fix that

I went to The App store and got this app and I pressed the plus button then it Kicked me out. I Reinstalled it but I got the same Error. Please Fix this app! If you have this same bug then they need to fix it NOW. It’s a EMERGENCY.

So I would’ve give this 5 stars if this bug never existed. So when I got it, it was working like it should be right? When two months passed it kept on kicking me out of the app while I’m trying to add someone, or make it look like that didn’t use it. And I don’t know if this is only in Europe or something, but this bug came out of no where! So, who ever made this wonderful app please fix this app. Thank for reading this if you did!🫶
