CamFi is a wireless transmission controller for DSLR.

It comes with a WiFi hotspot. User can use their mobile phones, PCs or tablets to connect to the WIFI hotspot and send remote operation to the DSLR. The product also supports real-time transmission of camera photos to mobile phones and tablets.

CamFi supports most types of Cannon and Nikon DSLR. It has a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, supports 802.11n WiFi technology, high transmission speed and wider signal coverage.

CamFi allows me to control my Nikon D3400 and see Live View with ease. It is easy to change settings such as aperture, ISO, etc. My only complaint is the slow load time for previewing photos on the app, but it’s not that big of a deal. I’m surprised by other reviewers’ low ratings of this app.

- images look horribly compressed in auto view (jpg or raw, both look like 8 bit. With horrible banding and pixelation in graduated areas of photo) this will scare the heck out of clients on set - shooting to dual card cameras ends up showing duplicate images in autoview If CamFi can address these 2 MAJOR issues, then I’d give it 5 stars
