Currently arguing with Apple about getting my $4.99+ tax back because the app said I’d have “forever” access to the service if I bought the app. After the 100 free uses ran out, I was cut off and prompted yet again to pay $4.99 for “forever” use. In addition to that hot garbage, the “use my location” isn’t always accurate and several times did not pull up the correct tax rate for the area. I write quotes every day and I need the accurate tax rate. Started just using the free local government website. It’s more clunky, but better than this scam bullshît app.

I wish I had read the reviews before I downloaded this. I entered my ZIP Code and I got a pop up saying I had exceeded my limit just like the others had said. How can you exceed the limit of something that you’ve never used. And I’m not paying five dollars for something that I’ve never tried. Even though five dollars doesn’t sound like a lot it is for something that you’re taking a chance on. Don’t bother downloading.
