User Reviews

Most reviews cite crashes, poor data accuracy, and failed purchases as major problems. A few users acknowledge potential usefulness, but overall sentiment is negative due to technical issues and a lack of guidance.
Pros
  • One reviewer described it as an awesome tool.
  • The app offers paid upgrade options (e.g., North American package), indicating availability of content.
Cons
  • The app crashes or won’t open on startup or during use.
  • Data quality is poor: many fish are missing, mislisted, or not representative of users’ regions.
  • In-app purchases/upgrades do not unlock content or work as advertised.
  • Performance issues: frequent glitches, long loading times, and crashes on iPad/iPhone.
  • Lack of guidance: no clear explanation for charts or how to use the app; location permission prompts can cause crashes.

This might be the what app I’ve ever downloaded. I cannot figure out the logic, probably just random. And why on earth would you list 200 sine fish that no one even fishes for? There is no guide to what the little charts mean. It’s worse than worthless.

This app is utterly worthless. So inaccurate and doesn’t even show certain known bodies of water.

There is coastal Rainbowtrout, but no rainbow trout. I do not live on the coast. Rainbow trout are one if not the most popular game fish.
