ASL SwipeKeys is a utilities keyboard designed to help you learn American Sign Language fingerspelling, use swipe typing, and get fast suggestions as you type.

It enables bidirectional communication between fingerspelling and English: type in fingerspelling to send English, or type English to send fingerspelling. It also translates received fingerspelling back to English and vice versa. Notes: watch the video tutorial before typing, and install the required custom font before you start. This tool is helpful for Deaf users and anyone learning ASL.

User Reviews

Uses the Gallaudet Regular Font. Was so excited to use this in my note taking. Keyboard loads okay (very small) but when I type it just does the question mark box that sometimes shows up if you don’t have your phone updated yet. It seems like this app hasn’t updated in a long time- there are similar concerns in other reviews. Real bummer.
