Recent reviews

The app is great. I use it for managing my storage unit as well as renting vehicles when needed. The issue I have is it always crashes. Every time I go in it takes multiple crashes to actually get where I need to be. I know it is getting updated but the crashes never seem to be addressed.

I prefer the in store experience. Being forced to an app with limited functionality is frustrating and will make me reserve elsewhere. You could not upload pictures and condition information in the app. It takes twice as long as the in store process. Even the old text method was much better than this.

I’m trying to access information through my app and it’s constantly showing up an “agree to privacy” screen. it’s so bad i can’t even report the glitch, incredibly frustrating that I can’t see where my belongings are
