In Fort Wayne, IN, the 2701 S. Coliseum Blvd pinned location on app’s map was almost a 1/2 mile in the wrong spot. Causing me to to have to walk where it was to continue pick up process. In the windy cold, for about 45 minutes. Having caught an Uber there. Only to then have to walk back up from where pin should be. Then, the correct billing zip didn’t register in app. Causing phone rep to have to manually do it. Causing me a delay to get away from a vengeful trucking owner that wanted a slave or else. The lazy rep I talked to a day ahead, on Friday, put me at a location that’s unmanned on Saturday. Thanks for hiring lazy workers, U-haul.

Completely useless!!

Certain fields, like entering a person’s name and phone number in order to verify your identity, can’t be edited after the fact. So, say you put in the wrong name with a phone number (like I did) it jams up the process and makes things exponentially more difficult. Also the ‘Support’ tab in the app was completely blank every time I clicked on it to try and resolve my issue. No phone number, no chat option, just a white screen. To top it all off I wasn’t given the code to unlock the lockbox with my key in it. There was a link that might have helped me retrieve it, but when I thought to check my messages in the app first (to see if the code had been sent there) the link disappeared. And, again, completely white screen in the Support tab. So another call to Customer Service and 40 minutes past the time I should have been leaving. Two stars out of fairness because some aspects of the app, although tedious, worked.
