Not fully ready before the festival; content gaps (artists, after-parties) and tabs with no data or crashes.
Bloated/overly feature-heavy UI; users want a simpler, schedule-focused experience.
Personal itinerary/favorites functionality is broken or limited (cannot organize by times/days, and data is not consistently carried across sections).
Stability issues near the festival (app can crash or fail to open, with some navigation issues).

Recent reviews

The UX for schedule building is surprisingly bad this year. Last year’s version was actually way better and much easier to navigate. Now, once you create your schedule, you can’t clearly see set times or compare overlapping artists side-by-side. Trying to figure out who’s playing simultaneously becomes way more complicated than it should be. A timeline view should be standard functionality for any festival app.
