A lot of denials and requests for diagnosis and letters from doctors Don’t understand why mainstream meds like Tylenol etc. reimbursed w-o questions but things like probiotics anything herbal other things that actually better for you than some nasty mainstream meds are not reimbursable and require additional documentation.
