2026-06-21	Wh*****	Год пользовался возможностью управления через Wi-Fi с умным домом Алиса и недавно кондиционер получил статус «Не в сети». Попытавшись разобраться, я удалил его из родного приложения и попытался добавить заново. Добавить увы не получилось, так как приложение отказывается подключать мой кондиционер к Wi-Fi. Сам модуль Wi-Fi исправен и отлично виден в домашней сети. Исправьте проблему!

2026-04-06	De*****	This app is terrible. Manufacturer’s instructions said to use this app to control my new mini-split. I was able to connect to the unit initially, but the functionality has been awful from the start. The unit will not follow what is programmed into the app including what temperature it’s set to and what mode it’s set to. I was able to look past this because I like to sleep cold, but as of last week, I am not longer able to connect to the unit at all. I have uninstalled the app multiple times, tried multiple different WiFi signals (2.5 and 5G) and the app just stays on the loading screen when trying to pair. My dad has the same unit I do, just purchased it about a year ago and his connects to completely different app that functions amazingly well. This app is absolutely useless and incredibly frustrating to have to deal with.

2026-03-10	Er*****	Worked fine for about a week albeit after struggling to get it initially setup. Now all I get is ‘network error’. Guess I’m going to have to set up again? Not a fan that this mini split needed this proprietary app and couldn’t just use Tuya.

Turns out these WiFi dongles will not connect to a guest network. They need full access to your home network. One minor complaint it seems only one device can be signed in at any given time. Signing in on my iPad signs me out on my iPhone & vice versa. Update: This app crashes so much that it’s almost useless.
