However, reliability is a major issue: drivers are hard to contact, ETAs are inconsistent, waits and cancellations are common, and the app glitches (ads interfering, mis-prioritized requests, tipping not working). Additional problems include fare holds before a driver is assigned and faulty maps or location features. When it works, it is appealing for commuting and travel, but inconsistent performance undermines overall reliability.

OK, so there’s nothing wrong with the app itself but my experience with this app has been terrible. It appears that there is only one driver for the entire city of Bellevue and he’s constantly driving around circles with wait times between 15 and 25 minutes what a joke

This is the best transportation I’ve seen here in Santa Monica – which has every single possible mode of transportation available. We need more of these!
