this app is beyond useless. when you're placing work orders or even trying to pay rent you have to randomly tap around the page to do things because all of the drop down options are completely blank. then when you randomly click one, it'll show one of the options. when trying to confirm a work order, it'll tell you "Please select at least one option above" when it's literally impossible to do so. this is the worst property management app i have ever used and i wish adara would switch to something else.

Right now, I can’t use the app at all to put in a service request, it’s not optimized for my phone, and now I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max so it’s not like this should be an issue. The first issue is all of the reasons for putting in a service request or blacked out. Eventually, I just settled on appliance parts, because even after going through the whole list, I couldn’t find bathroom, it’s possible I might’ve skipped it, but I wasn’t gonna check again. It took me like five whole minutes. Next, when I finally put in everything, it asked me to confirm and when I tried to press confirm it wouldn’t let me do it. It also looked like it was a little bit off-center so it’s possible that I wasn’t seeing all of the button because it went all the way past the right of my screen. I need to be able to tell my property management company what’s happening, please fix this

Almost nothing works in the app. Almost like apartments intentionally pick this one so they don’t have to handle maintenance requests
