EON Connect gives you centralized Bluetooth control of JBL EON 600-series speakers. The extension unlocks advanced DSP parameters, including three parametric EQs, Hi and Lo shelf filters, and precise speaker delay and output mixing. You can quickly apply speaker settings across all EON 600-series units via presets and recall, and update firmware directly from the app.

Designed by JBL engineers, the EON 600 line delivers professional, portable sound with waveguide technology and room-ready performance. Version 2.0 introduces a new code base; users on older versions may need to reset settings or create new ones to connect to the updated app.

This should be a wonderful speaker and in many ways it is. However, Harman have abandoned it following a v1.0 software release. Updates could have added functionality or better UI. Heck,I would love to pay for additional features in my Eon 610. Seems like one needs to research a manufacturer’s commitment to product support/software updates before buying any sort of app-based speaker. I regret that I blindly trusted Harman/JBL would continue support for their product. I think Mackie has a better reputation, but look for yourself and as customers, let’s start insisting on better support for what we buy.
