Pros: simple, mobile-friendly, easy-to-use interface, and convenient survey workflow on the go. Cons: recurring glitches affecting navigation and data submission; UX issues during mid-survey exits; disruptive music playback controls; and concerns about value/customer service. Overall, the app is useful for mobile surveying but hampered by stability, UX, and audio/music control problems.

Pros

Simple to use and does what it’s designed for.
Mobile-friendly, with an easy-to-manage interface that makes phone banking easier on the go.
Consolidates surveying tasks so you don’t need extra devices (no iPad/computer).

Cons

Frequent glitches and stability issues that can prevent accessing the survey page, require restarts, and hinder data submission.
Poor handling of mid-survey exits: limited options to submit what was answered when a caller disconnects.
Music playback controls are problematic: users want to turn off music or have reliable audio management, yet music often cannot be disabled or kept in check.
Perceived poor value and customer service not meeting expectations.

I will rewrite this once we actually get customer service to provide us what we actually paid for. Thus far this has been a huge bust.

For the answering machine option, it’d help if there was a way to “x” out the screen without ending the phone call via the “ok” button. Plenty of people have answered mid-answering-machine-message, and it’d be nice if the answering machine option didn’t lock us into hanging up without being able to enter info in those cases.
