Features & Capabilities

iSearching is a bidirectional anti-lost app tailored for Bluetooth trackers. Pair your phone with the tracker; press the alarm on one device and the other will chirp, helping you locate items or your phone. If the Bluetooth link breaks, both devices alert automatically for quick recovery.

Additionally, the app provides camera, video recording, and maps, plus an option to enable meeting recording (note: recording disables anti-lost features). It supports iPad and Bluetooth 4.0 devices, currently managing a single tracker at a time on iPhone 4S+; a handy companion for home and travel.

User Reviews

Most reviews say iSearching is unreliable and often nonfunctional. Key issues include persistent Bluetooth connectivity failures, inability to stay connected, and limited range since there is no true GPS. Many devices fail to connect or pair, and some fall apart or have battery problems. The app experience is confusing and unstable, with setup hurdles, crashes, and complaints about not being able to add devices. Customer service and refunds are repeatedly criticized. A small number report brief functionality and a photo/recording feature when the app is active, but it’s not enough to redeem it.
Pros
  • Some users report it works after setup (brief functionality).
  • Photo capture/recording through the phone camera is available when the app is in use.
  • Occasional brief functionality reported by a few users when conditions are right.
Cons
  • Unreliable Bluetooth connectivity and frequent disconnections; pairing issues.
  • Not a true GPS tracker; relies on Bluetooth and loses function out of range.
  • Poor build quality and durability concerns; devices can break or have battery issues.
  • Confusing app experience with setup difficulties, crashes, and trouble adding devices.
  • Poor customer service/refund handling and warranty support.

Purchased tags to put on the cats and dogs collars. After pairing the device we tested it by walking outside from the house to the street to see it on the map (my father in the house and me going outside). The tag lost connection after I had walked outside the front door (never made it to the street). The connection issue with these tags are a major concern

I’ve tried to use five different devices, but there’s not a single one works it’s garbage and they’re just stealing your money. It’ll connect to your phone for the initial “connection” but afterwards the app can never find it. Useless
