El soporte es pésimo. He sido un gran cliente de Rappi pero ya van varias veces que no respetan los tiempos de entrega y no dejan cancelar. Llevo 2 horas esperando mi pedido y el restaurante reporta que no tienen sistema entonces no lo van a preparar. El punto es que Rappi no me deja cancelar el pedido porque solo me reembolsarían $20 MXN de un pedido de $550 JAJAJAJAJAJA Que se jodan. Eliminaré mi cuenta, perdieron un cliente.

None of the markets ever have anything in stock. How does a grocery store not have any inventory of any milk? Crazy. Fix the inventory features for the app. Or give the option to cancel the entire order when the market has nothing in stock. Why am I paying a delivery fee for one item when I will have to reorder the entire order any ways and pay two delivery fees now. What a scam and fraud.
