Recent reviews

Fix the return to charging station function. That is not someone clicking to wait 30 minutes for it to decide to stop mowing and go back to its charging station, that is find the boundary wire and follow it immediately to the charging station. It’s been bugging me the entire time I’ve owned this and literally just had to pick up the mower and carry it the entire length of my yard and set it in front of the charging station so I didn’t get ran over by a mower trying to do things in my yard. Go to Home charging station should be an immediate action for safety.

Absolutely horrendous, frustrating and unreliable. Bought this particularly for the mobile app so I can turn on and off when I want. The app has been glitchy from day 1, now it stopped working altogether. Customer service is only available M-F 9-5 I helpful just reading off some scripts. Referred me to some local service, did absolutely nothing besides a cleanup, still not working and I will probably put this in the trash. Terrible product and app, would absolutely not recommend.
