Not bad but keeps showing a green button to activate a ticket only for it to activate so many tickets. If a ticket is already active, the app should warn the user and/or not show activate ticket at all

The app is really helpful in Prague for tourist - both in terms of getting schedule as well as buying tickets. However I found the part of buying tickets extremely buggy. Sometimes the app shows green button to buy ticket but often that button simply missing with no explanation why. As such I can only use the app for convenience. This is actually a problem in my mind as from 2026 the plan is to charge more for fares not done in the app. Eg the city is forcing you to buy through app that itself isn’t frequently working. It’s silly and sad.

The app works well overall, but I was buying tickets for a small group to catch a tram in only a few minutes, and the app informed me that my payment wasn’t going through. I tried three times with different cards because we were in a hurry (all cards appeared to have failed), only to find out just afterwards that I’d inadvertently purchased 3x sets of the same tickets! While there may be some payment problem on my end, I would recommend a fix for this/a feature that asks for a yes or no to proceed if the app detects a repeat purchase within a short amount of time, especially since there is no reimbursement process on the app that I can see.
