Reliability and usability are major concerns, with only occasional reports of stable operation.

I tried to use this on a BRAND NEW Mac Neo. It won’t run because it says my Neo is “Jail Broken”.

The dragon component isn’t the worst, however, the speech recognition is substantially worse than the Power Mics. DAX Copilot is an absolute joke. The app crashes & closes out during visits that are as short as 10 minutes. The app records a portion, but then will not create a transcription because it cannot “upload”. Internet connection is working great, so that doesn’t explain the issue. Although DAX is helpful for writing passable notes, I strongly recommend against relying on this app. It will fail you time and again.
