2. Contact Call or email a SATO operator directly from your phone. Also view online manuals for SOS-ready printer models. *This feature may not be available in certain countries/regions.

3, Periodic Update The printer generates a QR code that records the printer's current status and appears on the display at specified intervals. Use this app to scan the code and update printer status on SOS. *This feature is available only for customers with an SOS account. 4. Add Printer Add a printer in use to the Dashboard (menu screen) using this app. Printer info will be displayed on printer as QR code; scan with this app for easy entry. *This feature is available only for customers with an SOS account. 5.
