extremely disappointed with your service. Despite having a yearly membership, I was still charged platform fees. Moreover, your delivery service is highly unreliable — it took over 15 days for my medicines to arrive. The escalation team has been completely unresponsive, and every inquiry only receives the same generic reply: “We are looking into it.”
