FinTax

FinTax is designed to provide payroll withholding tax calculations based on the Australian ATO PAYG tax system for employees.

All PAYG tax tables from 1996 to the year 2015/2020 are contained and tax can be calculated for income in any of these years.

A reverse tax procedure is available. This lets you enter a desired net pay and have FinTax calculate the gross pay and tax that will produce the desired net.

HECS/HELP debt and SFSS debt are catered for

The tax free exemption (currently $18,200) can be turned off for employees whose pay is not from primary employer.

Employees without a tax file number, or who are not Australian residents can also be handled

A report on the input screen shows the calculated tax and the effective tax rate based on calculated tax and taxable amount
