Since last week I can’t make it work with Spotify. It connects but when I press play it stops immediately. Tried spotify on my phone and on my iMac and works properly I restarted and made a factory reset but I’m still having the same problem

This is thee Worst pile of crap App ever, not to mention a major waste of money on 4 speakers that don’t work for chit no matter what. If I could rate it -1billion stars , I would ! Don’t waste your money or time in this trash. Talk about getting screwed big time I never write app reviews , but this just had to be Done ! This will effect any future plans of purchasing Anything Hitachi , ever again ! Period !
