Takes forever to sign in, doesn’t accept your sign in codes sent via email, canceling is a headache, definitely one of the worst apps I’ve ever used

The app is terrible. Took far too long long to log in. First it wouldn’t send me a verification code via text due to an error. So then I tried email. Multiple times. But the app kept saying that the code was incorrect even though I’d copied and pasted directly from the email. Finally tried the forgot my password option and was able to get in. Spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to check the balance of my gift card. There’s no where to add a gift card. The payment options are credit/debit only, the gift card option doesn’t actually allow you to add a card. There is a very hidden option to check the balance. But it requires a card number and mine has a barcode. Tried the barcode and as expected it didn’t work. The whole process was incredibly frustrating and I did begin to consider booking somewhere else. I’ve booked online a few times and never had any issues. Please fix this app!

Unfortunately the Miniluxe app is *VERY INEFFICIENT.* You’re not able to search (from the jump) by your preferred technician. You first have to select your service then select a technician… please reinvest in your app and fix these issues.
