User reviews for BILL AP & AR Payments are dominated by dysfunction and friction: repeated login failures, crashes, and poor support; slow, ACH-based transfers with weekend gaps; high or opaque fees; and defaults to virtual cards with difficult switching to bank deposits. Onboarding can be invasive, and mobile UX often lags the website. A small number report improvements after providing feedback, but reliability and customer service are recurring, widespread concerns that pose cash-flow risks for users.

Poor customer support: no live support or easy access to a real agent; slow responses.
Slow/limited payments via ACH (weekend pauses): transfers take days and don't settle instantly.
High fees and unclear charging: fees for debit card payments; some reviews cite subscription-like charges.

Recent reviews

By far the worst system ever. Usually, apps are developed to make your job easier, not with this joke app. The only reason I signed up with them, it’s because the vendor uses their program to pay us. 5 business day pay turned into 16 business days, why? Because Bill.com forgot to contact me and let me know that payment is not going through because the verification process was never done, which I didn’t know there was. They are super slow to answer their emails and resolve your issue. I stopped working with the vendor because of this platform.

I’m in the process of using it to receive a payment from a customer. It’s been over a week and still no payment. Message center isn’t easy to navigate also.
