Onboarding can be invasive, and mobile UX often lags the website. A small number report improvements after providing feedback, but reliability and customer service are recurring, widespread concerns that pose cash-flow risks for users.

There several screens in the app, especially when creating splits, where there is no Save option, only Cancel or an X. This is confusing and in some cases what I entered does not save and I have to repeat the process. Please add a Save function everywhere people enter details.
