User Reviews

Players repeatedly praise the game’s cute, addictive charm and strong social aspects, including easy friend interactions and family play. However, recurrent crashes, slow or absent updates, and compatibility issues on older devices heavily affect usability. The in-game economy feels unbalanced with pricey decorations, and the UI/social tools could use a redesign. Overall sentiment: love the concept and feel, but stability and support gaps undermine long-term enjoyment.
Pros
  • Cute, visually charming game with a fun, cozy vibe.
  • Addictive and easy to pick up gameplay.
  • Strong social features: easy to add friends and play with family, fostering a community feel.
  • Plenty of decorations and mini-games for customization and variety.
  • Progression and play can be enjoyable without mandatory real-money spending.
Cons
  • Frequent crashes and stability issues; the game often won’t open and may require reinstall.
  • Perceived lack of ongoing updates and developer responsiveness; concerns about abandonment.
  • Compatibility problems on older devices (e.g., old iPads) leading to poor performance.
  • Unbalanced in-game economy; decorations/appliances are expensive and progression can feel slow.
  • Clunky UI and social features (friend list, messaging, menus) plus occasional server instability needing overhaul.

Servers must be dead. As it won’t even open on my old iPad anymore. Wondering how many actually are still playing considering there’s not much to do once quests are finished. No updates in 4 years. Guessing they abandoned this.

The game crashes way to much. Travel to a friends town and it crashes. Please fix this issue. Thank you 🙏

The mind set of developers like this one, are killing the app market. They set up a game and give you no real recourse for issues within the game. They don’t respond to reviews or emails for technical problems/support. They develop the game, slap it in google play or Apple AppStore, update it for a while then abandon the game to bugs, glitches, and crashes. I play these games because the AppStore has been inundated with match games, merge games and farm games (something original please?!?!), but every game like this one or similar, seems to take the money and run. I believe Apple needs to start employing contracts where by the developer has to give a certain amount of time and effort to the game during a certain agreed upon contractual time period, and if after that, the developer decides it no longer wishes to support the game, they should have to inform the players of their intentions and remove the game from the AppStore platform. This allowing games to languish while earning money off of complacent players is nothing short of disingenuous. That said, I wouldn’t say the game is bad. It is somewhat entertaining and operates, mostly. The premise is great, but they need to lower the price of decorations or else raise the amount you earn. The math is waaaay off. Also, the game is clunky, with mechanisms like the friends list, friend messaging, and Menu tab needing a major overhaul. The graphics are about 10 years behind, and there needs to be something to encourage more interaction between players. My take? If you just want something to fill in your spare time, this is a good game for that, but if you are expecting any kind of wow factor, you’ve come to the wrong place.
