Normally a solid app every season, this year it wants me to DL an update but tapping the button only takes me to the App Store without updating, I’m stuck in loop of unable to use/unable to update

This app is useless. Available tee times aren’t posted. Actually, there are NO tee times listed even though the course is open. The app collects & stores credit card information, so apparently the idea is that the user could pay through the app, since I haven’t been able to schedule through the app I don’t know how the payment function works. The user profile doesn’t include membership information. As a Lake Arrowhead Association member I expected that membership to appear under the app’s “My Memberships” ... but nothing, and there’s apparently no way for the user to add the membership to the user’s profile.
