NOTES Each relaxation session has its own purpose. To keep a record of your deep experiences, you are encouraged to write a memo right after the session. USER-FRIENDLY The app’s design is centered on simplicity. . You can have access to the tutorial to quickly learn how to use it. A guide can be turned on/off in the settings.
