Recent reviews

They use ‘not having a phone number as a tool so that when you run into an issue, you can’t reach anybody. And out of nowhere, they will reserve 30% of your funds for 60 days whenever you process a transaction. Switching to sum up unless I get a message about this saying you will release my funds.

It almost 6 months , my $18,000 has been on hold with Stripe , on January 29th 2026 Stripe emailed me that my they can no longer support my business because they see it as high risk and because of the they decided to close my account and my payout is paused . They did not release my funds to my connected Bank account . I email them almost every week for almost 6 months, I keep getting same response but still have not released my funds . Please do not use Stripe because they will frustrate you and your business . They have almost ruined my business . I’m still waiting for my funds .
