I recently experienced issues with my 15.6" Touch Nixplay photo frame. I contacted support by email and received an immediate acknowledgement and a next day response from Maris on the support team. He's a reply contained detailed troubleshooting steps I should take to employ a Factory Reset of my frame. His instructions also included a photo. After following Maris' instructions my frame was back up and running. Easy peasy!

I contacted Nixplay support to unpair my phone from my frame. Joe responded very quickly. I explained everything and within a short amount of time he responded and my problem was solved. I was very impressed by the swiftness of the help and the easy steps to solve my problem.
