The process on getting this camera going is a mess

App is glitchy. While walking around watching live view(phone not far from cam), will constantly disconnects. Going into Camera settings, then back out initiates reconnect. Downloading video freezes intermittently. Had to reboot phone, reconnect to Mohoc WiFi, restart Mohoc App to complete wireless download of 20MB/1min video.

If you cannot load the live preview it is most likely because you have Cellular Data turned on in your Settings for the MOHOC app. Thank you, Eric for helping me resolve this issue. If you are having trouble with your device get in touch with the support team. They got back to me in no time at all today (and it’s Saturday today). Still has plenty of room for improvement.
