Frequent glitches and instability—freezes and crashes, especially when adding notes.
Login/auth issues requiring repeated sign-ins and lacking Remember Me/FaceID.
Slow performance and timeouts after updates—long loads and lag.
Cross-platform data sync problems between web/desktop and mobile (tickets not appearing on one side).
Battery drain and constant background activity.
