User Reviews

Users praise Baseball Blueprint for organizing practices, easy-to-follow bite-size drills, and planning with video imports, making it a helpful coaching tool for youth. However, recurring complaints center on audio/video playback defects (no sound, poor quality), the $20 pro upgrade perceived as overpriced, a difficult clipboard/diagram tool with tiny icons and limited editing, and drills that are too basic for more advanced levels.
Pros
  • Helps coaches organize practices efficiently and keep them well paced
  • Easy to understand, well put together, with bite-size drills
  • Strong coaching tool for youth baseball (9u–18u) and useful for new coaches
  • Allows creating practice plans and importing videos
Cons
  • Video playback issues: no sound in instructional videos and overall low video/audio quality
  • Pro upgrade costs $20 and is seen as poor value given features and content
  • Clipboard/diagram tool is hard to use: tiny icons, difficult to select/move, limited editing/delete options, and lacks zoom
  • Drills are very basic and not suitable for higher levels beyond Little League

I was getting frustrated because The videos had no volume. I contacted tech support but no help because I bought the app through apple and not click bank. No fixes on Google. I was starting to feel as though I wasted money for the pro version. One last effort and the answer was in the “frequently asked questions” area of the website. The answer was in the very last question. Be sure you have the ringer on your phone turned on. Just wanted to post because it seemed like a common occurrence.

An absolute rip off. Instructional videos are terrible quality and have no sound. You are literally watching a guy’s lips move and have no clue what he is saying. The clipboard is basically useless. Apple should ban this app for charging $20. Maybe one of the worst purchases I have ever made, anywhere.

Spent $20 for the pro version specifically for the clipboard function. I wanted to make plays and send them to my players. You can barely use it. The functions are so small and difficult to use. If you were able to zoom in, that would make it easier, but overall just wasted $20 because this function is not user friendly. Only way to make it work good is if you have an iPad Pro that is large enough to actually draw. Not worth the money if you are buying for that function alone.
