The food is great… but when the original restaurant that ordered from cannot fulfill my order, do not make it so impossible to get my money back. I don’t want huge ridiculous ‘credit to spend ONLY WITH US.’ Absolutely disgusting.

The inability to adjust the tip is becoming a dealbreaker. It’s bad enough when I can’t reduce it for poor service (which I think happens more if the drivers aren’t given any bonus for doing extra), but fine, perhaps your payment system doesn’t like small refunds. But there really isn’t a good reason why I can’t give *more* to a driver who went above and beyond. It’s a new transaction. I really don’t feel like a business is a good faith participant in the gig economy if they don’t let you show gratitude with tips. As it was, I gave him a pathetic little bundle of the few coins I had around, which was not enough. This is a largely cashless world these days, and I really had to scrounge just to find even that. I’m thinking I need to start having small Amazon gift cards on hand just in case. Or just go use Uber Eats, which I hate. Please fix this, or I really don’t have much choice.
