EPB Hosted UC

EPB Hosted UC is a softphone Chrome extension that adds voice telephony and unified communications to the EPB Hosted Solution. It brings together voice calls, presence, and instant messaging in a single, intuitive interface, so you can connect with colleagues directly from your browser or mobile device.

Key features include presence and IM to see who is available, offline, or idle, and the ability to place calls from your mobile device using your EPB Hosted Phone business number. Note: to make calls, you must have a Hosted Phone Solution VoIP account with EPB Fiber Optics.
