Recent reviews
This is hands down the worst telehealth company I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is poorly trained, and every time I call I get different (and usually wrong) information. I haven’t been able to log into my account for days, and it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone who actually knows what they’re doing. When I finally got an appointment, I sat in the virtual lobby for 45 minutes before it was canceled. Then I found out providers often don’t even join the calls. To make it worse, they call from blocked numbers, so if your phone filters those, you’ll never even get the call. I’ve spent over two hours just trying to get a basic appointment. Absolutely horrific customer service.

Always has technical issues. I could not even do my counseling appointment last week because we couldn’t connect on the app. It constantly crashes and has errors not letting me update medical information. Now for the last month it says I have 18 missed messages.
