Pros

Convenient telehealth from home with 24/7 access and quick doctor visits.

Recent reviews

Jefferson Hospital virtual urgent care section on their website clearly states that the urgent care doctors can order bloodwork. I have pretty cut and dry symptoms of something that needs a blood test in the moment to confirm. And the doctor blew me off told me it was perimenopause because his wife has it. When my main symptom is not a per minimal symptom. Don’t waste your time. I’m out $69 almost an hour of my life and I don’t have the script that I need. And it’s not just this one doctor, I had disappointing calls on this before.

It’s definitely a lifesaver when you aren’t able to go to the ER, your PCP, or urgent care. I’ve had an awesome experience with this service every time I’ve tried it.
