I love these apps (I have great abs, great legs abs great butt) and they all are an excellent workout that gradually builds on your strength. I often will get a little ways into the workouts and then will fall off the exercise bandwagon (hello, Covid) and hafta get back on and start at the beginning and it is an excellent, slow build and I quickly feel my strength cone back. I really wish there was a “great arms”workout too because I would get it in a heartbeat!

I’m obsessed with all apps that this company makes. I love this addition to my workout program! I start with my cardio 10K runner app, then do the push ups, great butt, great legs, great abs apps, and end with their yoga app that stretches and relaxes! I understand why some people are frustrated by the timing of this app but I still find it super motivating to track day by day and increase my strength with the programs.
