TriNet Expense automates the entire expense report workflow and timesheet management, eliminating paper receipts and lost reimbursements. Import expenses from credit cards or bank accounts, apply categories, attendees, tags, client, project, class, department, location, and notes, and capture receipts directly from images. It supports 160 currencies and mileage with Google Maps or manual input.

The extension integrates with QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), NetSuite, and Intacct at the line-item level, creates expense reports with policy-violation alerts, and enables one-click submission to your approver. Time entries can be billed or non-billed and submitted for approval as well.
