While doing normal playback in full screen, you can’t go back to watching it in full screen after the second ad break for the most part without reloading the live view and watching the same 2 ads again, and again. This has to be a sales point to their advertising sponsors - “we’ll make sure our fans accidentally watch your ad 10 more times by forcing a live watch reboot.” Hard to remain a competition day fan/viewer when WSL takes advantage or just doesn’t give a rip about the playback experience. I’d pay $10/yr for an ad-free experience as a single user. I don’t drink; so, 50% of your ads are really not hitting me.

The only thing I can’t stand is the lack of an option to play the contest from the beginning like on YouTube. When the finals start and we are forced to watch on the app and happen to be in a different time zone or get a late start, we are hosed as we can’t start from the beginning. That makes it trash
